Article 29.1/ Short courses and training programs are planned and arranged by the bank to its workers

CHAPTER 3. SICKNESS AND DISABILITY
Article 31.1/ Medicine and prescribed supportive medical materials expense is covered for the sick worker
Article 31.4/ If the medical board approved that the sick person or worker is referred to abroad medication the bank will cover medical expense or up to 15,000.00 ET
Article31.3/ Special care is given at work place to HIV/AIDS positive workers

CHAPTER 4. WORK AND FAMILY ARRANGEMENT

CHAPTER 5. CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT

Article 36.2 / Severance payment agreed. Full salary is paid for every year service plus in addition one third of the salary for those who serve more than 10 years.

CHAPTER 6. WORKING HOUR SCHEDULE, AND HOLIDAY
Article 22.1.1./ working hour per day is 8 hour while 41.30 per week. And working days in one week is 6 days.

CHAPTER 7. WAGE
Article 16. 1.5/ wage increment is according to the wage scale of the bank and wage increase starts on the first July.
